Custom orders and wholesale orders cannot be canceled once production, preparation, purchasing arrangements, or supplier arrangements have started.
If we need to cancel, change, or refuse an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing information, or phone number provided at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by JOGAWA, purchases are intended for personal use and not for unauthorized commercial resale. Custom and wholesale orders may be accepted separately depending on product availability, quantity, production schedule, customization requirements, and JOGAWA’s current business conditions.

Prices, discounts, shipping offers, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, posted prices may not include taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges that may apply depending on your location and order details.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, and account information for all purchases made through our website.
You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is true, correct, complete, and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
JOGAWA currently offers shipping to the United States. Shipping availability for other destinations may vary depending on the order details and delivery location.
To celebrate the grand opening of our new store, JOGAWA is currently offering free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. Normally, orders over $60 qualify for free shipping.
For regular in-stock items, the estimated delivery time is usually approximately 14–30 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
For pre-order items, the estimated delivery time is approximately 30 business days. Pre-order products may require additional time due to production, restocking, supplier arrangements, or other preparation needs.
For custom orders and wholesale orders, processing time and delivery time may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, customization requirements, production schedule, supplier arrangements, and JOGAWA’s actual arrangement. The final estimated processing and delivery time will be confirmed based on the specific order details.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary due to destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, holidays, weather, peak seasons, flight arrangements, local delivery conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.
JOGAWA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, refusal to receive the package, or circumstances beyond our control.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees, reshipping fees, or related costs.
SECTION 7 - RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of jewelry products and hygiene considerations, all items are final sale once delivered.
For orders delivered to the United States, JOGAWA does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a verified quality issue, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item.
If your item has a quality issue, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at jogawaassistant1@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
Items that have been worn, used, opened, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without approval will not be accepted.
Please contact us before returning any item. The return address will only be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, pierced jewelry, ear cuffs, body jewelry, custom products, wholesale orders, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a verified quality issue, damage, or wrong item received.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, dislike of the style, incorrect size selection, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the item.
SECTION 8 - CUSTOM ORDERS AND WHOLESALE ORDERS
JOGAWA may offer custom orders and wholesale orders for selected products depending on product availability, material availability, design requirements, production schedule, quantity, supplier arrangements, and JOGAWA’s current business conditions.
Custom order details, wholesale pricing, minimum order quantity, processing time, production time, shipping time, and payment requirements may vary depending on the product style, quantity, customization requirements, and order details.
Before a custom or wholesale order is confirmed, JOGAWA will communicate available options, estimated pricing, estimated processing time, production details, and shipping arrangements based on the actual situation.
Once a custom or wholesale order has been confirmed and production, preparation, purchasing arrangements, or supplier arrangements have started, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless there is a verified quality issue, damage, or wrong item received.
Custom and wholesale orders are not eligible for return or exchange for personal preference, style changes, incorrect selections made by the customer, or change of mind.
