How It Works

Send us your custom request by email. Please include as many details as possible so we can better understand what you are looking for.

3. Confirmation & Quote

After reviewing your request, our team will confirm whether the style can be customized or sourced.

We will provide details such as estimated price, processing time, production time, shipping options, and any important notes based on the actual situation.

4. Confirm Your Order

Once the product details, price, processing time, and shipping arrangement are confirmed, the order will be prepared according to the agreed requirements.

Custom orders may require additional preparation time due to production, material sourcing, supplier arrangements, or special design requirements.

5. Production & Shipping

Once your custom order is confirmed and paid, we will begin processing or preparing your order.

Tracking information will be provided once your package has been shipped, when available.

Shipping Time

For regular in-stock items, the estimated delivery time is usually approximately 14–30 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

For pre-order items, the estimated delivery time is approximately 30 business days. Pre-order products may require additional time due to production, restocking, supplier arrangements, or other preparation needs.

For custom orders, the final processing time and delivery time may vary depending on the product style, material availability, quantity, customization requirements, production schedule, and JOGAWA's actual arrangement.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may be affected by shipping carriers, customs processing, holidays, weather, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.

Important Notes

Custom orders are available for selected products only.

Processing time may be longer than regular orders.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production, preparation, or purchasing arrangements have started.

Custom items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For orders delivered to the United States, all custom items are final sale once delivered unless there is a verified quality issue, damage, or wrong item received.

Final color, size, material texture, or small product details may vary slightly due to production, lighting, photography, and screen display differences.

Items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without approval will not be accepted.

Please contact us before returning any items. The return address will only be provided after your request has been reviewed and approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

For Wholesale & Bulk Orders

We also support wholesale and bulk orders for selected accessories.

Wholesale and bulk order details, including pricing, minimum order quantity, processing time, production time, and shipping time, may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, customization requirements, and JOGAWA's current arrangement.

Once a wholesale or bulk order has been confirmed and preparation has started, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless there is a verified quality issue, damage, or wrong item received.
