Order Issues
At JOGAWA, we want every order to arrive safely and correctly. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and our customer service team will help you resolve it.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check your inbox, spam folder, or promotions folder if you do not see it.
If you entered the wrong email address, please contact us with your name, phone number, and shipping address so we can help locate your order.
Wrong Shipping Address
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately.
If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will do our best to update the address.
Once the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the address. In that case, please contact the local courier for further assistance.
Order Has Not Shipped Yet
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking Not Updating
Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after your package has been shipped.
If your tracking has not updated for a long time, please contact us and we will help check the status of your package.
Missing Item
If your order arrives with an item missing, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A photo of the package
A photo of all items received
A clear description of the missing item
Our team will review the issue and help you as soon as possible.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
Please send us your order number and clear photos of the item you received. We will check the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Damaged Item
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
Please provide:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging
After reviewing the issue, we will help arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
Package Marked Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please first check:
Your mailbox
Front door or porch
Reception desk or parcel locker
Neighbors or family members
Local courier office
If you still cannot find the package, please contact us and we will help you check with the shipping provider.
